Target is by far my favorite store to coupon at.  I am a HUGE Target fan, from grocery items, toiletries, to clothing and shoes :)  Target is a fairly simple store to master also if you are just starting out.  You can print the Target Coupon Policy Here.

• Target offers great STORE coupons!  What is a store coupon? Store coupons are just what they say, they are store specific and cannot be used at any other location (Walmart, Meijer, etc).  Target's store coupons and be found by going to Target's Website, selecting the drop-down box "See More" and selecting the COUPONS section.  Remember if you have never printed coupons before you will need to install the coupon printer (it is safe to do).
